About the position

We are seeking applicants for the position of Development & Research Support Officer within our Certification Policy & Development team in Melbourne. This role will work closely with the Team Leader, Development & Research to define and implement improvements to NAATI's Certification System through data analysis, research and monitoring.

• Full time position (37.5 hrs per week)
• Role based in Melbourne CBD
• Salary based on the NAATI Enterprise Agreement 2024-2028 (Band 3)
• Salary range for Band 3 - $84,528 to $94,580 plus superannuation

About you

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant area (Language, linguistics, translating, interpreting, or testing/assessment and evaluation).
• Proven ability to research, analyse and synthesise quantitative and qualitative data and prepare accurate and timely reports.
• Understanding of a range of statistical techniques and experience in conducting multivariate statistical analysis.
• A knowledge or understanding of the NAATI business context and objectives.
• Experience working with individuals and groups representing diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Excellent planning administrative and organisational skills.
