My Place is an organisation that works in partnership with each person with a disability to pursue the lifestyle of their choice and to have individual needs met by people they choose and trust.

We are looking for Homesharers interested in welcoming a person with a disability into their home on a part time or full-time basis. Homesharers may be an individual, a couple or families.

If you can offer a supportive and inclusive home life environment, create a sense of belonging, stability, wellbeing, and provide a safe and secure home, while offering personal and practical assistance to enable an individual to live a lifestyle of their choosing, we’d like to hear from you.

Previous experience supporting people with disabilities is desirable however not essential. A positive outlook, genuine caring nature and good communication skills are essential attributes.

A WA National Police Clearance, Drivers Licence and First Aid Cert are required.
