MyLife Mentoring is seeking a senior/experienced Support Coordinator to join our small but growing company that has built a solid reputation and is focused on a team approach to providing supports.

Rhonda and Tobias are the Owners and Directors and remain hands-on. We have extensive industry and external experience, particularly with government agencies and legislation, which has proven invaluable in navigating the ever-changing landscape of the NDIS.

We are a bespoke company and MyLife Mentoring has earned a loyal client base through word-of-mouth referrals. MyLife Mentoring strives to assist clients to voice their rights and asserting their entitlements under the legislated scheme.

We chose to exclusively specialise in Support Coordination and steer away from overpopulating ourselves in the disability sector.

We also believe in keeping client numbers at a manageable level so you can maintain a work/life balance and focus on the purpose of bringing a person-centred commitment to our clients and team.

YOU ARE:

Someone with an established knowledge base and identifies with our professional ethos and values. The expectation is that initially, you will manage your own client base along with a transition into a team leader/mentoring role.

You will model our team with bold and exploratory thinking and communicate practice knowledge and skills so our team is equipped with the confidence to act assertively and respectfully.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded professionals, drawing on their skills and practice knowledge and reinforcing the sharing of knowledge to ensure our clients are strongly represented in critical interactions with the NDIA.

We promote and encourage a flexible but responsible approach to your working week, and you are empowered to manage your own earning potential. With established systems for case noting and tracking billable hours, you can focus on what you do best - supporting your clients and team members.

We would encourage applicants with experience in a Local Area Coordinator role or 2-3 years in the role as a Support Coordinator to apply.
