My Care Living is looking for reliable and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team on Brisbane’s Northside. We’re after people who take pride in their work, communicate well, and genuinely care about the people they support.

We’re a growing NDIS provider, and we’re looking for Support Workers who are consistent, professional, and positive in their approach.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support clients with personal care, daily living tasks, and community access
• Administer medication safely and accurately in line with support plans
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and progress notes (strong attention to detail is essential)
• Build positive, respectful relationships with clients through good communication
• Work collaboratively with families, allied health professionals, and the team
• Follow support plans and contribute to a calm, supportive environment

Shifts are flexible and include days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Disability Support Worker in NDIS settings
• Confident and competent with medication administration
• Strong attention to detail, especially with documentation and following support plans
• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written
• A consistently positive and professional attitude
• Confident using hoists and performing manual handling
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Reliable car + valid driver’s licence with comprehensive insurance
• Flexible availability (including weekends)

Bonus if you have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support
• Experience supporting clients with complex behaviours
• Experience in High Intensity Care
