We are looking for a dedicated Employment Engagement Officer to walk alongside Anangu and community members in Kaltukatjura (Docker River), on their journey into training and employment. This role is about supporting people in a culturally respectful way, building confidence, and opening doors to meaningful work opportunities.

Experience in this area would be beneficial, but we are happy to support the right candidate to grow into the role.

Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday

4 weeks annual leave per year

Key Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with participants to support their employment and training goals.
• Build strong and trusting relationships with Anangu, local families, and employers.
• Track and support job placements so that people are not only finding work but keeping it.
• Help create a safe and welcoming space where people feel respected and encouraged.
• Be a positive part of the Anangu Employment Services team, contributing to the wider community vision.

• Current NT Ochre Card (or ability to obtain before start).
