About us

The Continence Foundation of Australia provides support and advice to over 5 million Australians living with or affected by bladder and bowel control problems. As the national peak body, the Foundation exists to serve all Australians by promoting bladder and bowel health. From birth to old age the Continence Foundation cares for all Australians who live with bladder and bowel control issues to live full and rewarding lives, those who help them, and the services that support them.

About you

You are an experienced, creative and dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager who will strive to support all aspects of the Foundation through thoughtful, creative and innovative marketing and communications coordination.

You are well versed in developing and operationalising plans and are passionate about working with others to ensure success.

You are willing to mentor and support a small but passionate team, build the capacity of all staff and be transparent and accountable.

You will have had experience working in the health sector and or Not For Profit sector.

As a key member of the Management Team, you will work closely with the CEO and Senior Managers to deliver impact and a sustainable future for the Foundation.

Work from home while under covid-19 restrictions.
