Food Frontier is currently seeking an experienced Head of Strategy & Development. With a strategic operational focus, this role will form part of the Senior Management team while reporting to and working closely with the CEO.

As the Head of Strategy & Development you will:

• Manage the creation and implementation of the organisation’s strategic programmatic plan
• Lead and manage an organisation-wide schedule and help lead programs and projects from concept to implementation, ensuring a balanced workflow for all team members
• Work closely with the CEO to acquire, allocate and report on the grant funds that power the organisation’s programs, with a focus on scoping and securing new grants and managing acquittal reporting processes
• Use your strong understanding of annual budgets and spending to ensure each program’s successful delivery, as well maintaining sound corporate governance for the organisation
• Present to the Board clear and measurable outcomes in line with the organisation’s objectives and values
