About the Role

We are excited to announce that we have the following opportunities to gain leadership experience in our Birth Suite and Pregnancy Assessment Unit:

• Fixed Term Maternity Leave part time, 12 month position until January 2025
• Ongoing full time position 1.0 EFT
• Fixed term 0.6 EFT - 13/5/24 - 15/9/24 - try before you buy!
• All Positions are across a 7 day rotating roster.

You are a passionate Registered Midwife and wish to grow your career and leadership as an Associate Midwifery Manager and have experience across the full scope of Maternity practices. You provide exceptional care and support to woman and babies, and staff under your leadership, and you are an advocate of women and family centred care. You will be inspired every day working with like-minded, passionate colleagues who share your values and purpose. As a successful candidate, you are expected to work in BOTH Birth Suite and Pregnancy Assessment Unit

What you need:

• FSEP level 3 Practitioner Certification
• Experience of 3 years and more in a tertiary Birth Suite
• Evidence of Leadership Capability
• Sound Communication and organisational skills
