Processing Officer - Permanent, Full time

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Officer to join our dynamic and close-knit team in exciting times. In this role, you will have shared responsibility for administering the day to day operations of the quality management system, working with the wider business to ensure a focus on continual improvement and readiness for audit. You will also support a range of administration functions to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Duties will include:

• Building client engagement through efficient, superior customer service
• Establishing service bookings within the NDIS portal
• Efficiently processing client claims, invoices and other payments
• Resolution of general queries received from Clients and Carers utilising MOIRA services
• Document and administer all queries and share information with the relevant parties where required.
