Based in Bunbury this position will be responsible for providing information, coordination, education and support to clients and families living in the Bunbury region. Support is delivered through phone calls, home visits and specialist clinic attendance.
You will also deliver education to health and residential facilities as well as family members and clients in the area.
This role would suit someone with an allied health or Nursing background who has had previous experience or has knowledge of MND.
MNDAWA has a large stock of equipment and assistive technology which it loans to people with MND. A basic understanding of this equipment will be required and training will be given.
Some knowledge of NDIS would be useful but not essential.

The position is 2 days a week and MNDAWA is flexible to hours and work arrangements.
