Your Opportunity

This role will see you effectively supervising a small team on the delivery of the National Psychosocial Service (NPS), Continuity of Support and NDIS Transition team and the development of cultural expertise within the Darwin office. 

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Coordinating and leading (with the support of the Program Manager) a small team of case managers to meet contractual service delivery & reporting requirements.
  • Build strong networks with internal and external stakeholders across the service delivery regions.
  • Oversee record management and escalate client and staffing issues where appropriate.
  • Completion of administration duties, monthly reports to funder in a timely fashion.
  • Oversight of the NDIS application access process for program clients

Requirements for Success

  • Completed Certificate 4 in Mental Health Studies or formal qualification in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated 3 years working experience supervising and leading people in a multidisciplinary team, with proven supportive leadership qualities. 
  • Demonstrated sound knowledge of the NDIS Access Process for Psychosocial Disability
  • Proven stakeholder development, networking and community engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated high level of communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Office software and client management databases.
  • Valid NT Driver’s License to complete outreach work.
  • Valid NT WWCC (OCHRE Card)
  • Ability to travel overnight as required

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
