Your Opportunity

As the Team Coordinator, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission by ensuring efficient operations through dedicated administrative support and effective day-to-day coordination.

You will manage and optimise the schedules of the Executive - Strategy & Engagement and the General Manager - Fundraising & Marketing, ensuring their time is effectively allocated to meet the critical goals of our organisation. You will be instrumental in providing comprehensive administrative support across various key projects and operational committees, enhancing the teams' productivity and success.

Your expertise will maintain and improve our administrative systems and processes, ensuring seamless, efficient operations that uphold our standards and enable us to focus on our broader mission. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference and skilled in multitasking and organising in a dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Coordination of assigned administration, team projects and events
  • Diary and meeting management for both General Manager and Executive
  • Liaise with members of senior management and other staff to coordinate and meetings, events, and other matters
  • Produce and edit materials to support the Strategy & Engagement Leadership Team including correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting materials and files
  • Operational committee support as required
  • Develop administrative systems and processes to ensure the effective management of information and data for the team, and ensure that these are easily accessible and up to date

Requirements for Success

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and the demonstrated ability to apply initiative and to problem solve
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple diaries and meeting management activities
  • Excellent knowledge of current office technology and equipment including computer packages such as the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word
