This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior Legal role working on complex, high value property and financing transactions while contributing to something much bigger than commercial outcomes. Work at the heart of a national organisation, shaping major transactions and delivering real impact for Australians in need.
As Deputy Counsel, Housing Growth, you'll partner closely with our Housing Growth leadership and General Counsel to lead the legal strategy across a significant and growing development pipeline. From major developments and acquisitions through to complex financing structures, you'll be across the deals that enable Mission Australia to expand access to safe, secure housing.
This is a role for someone who enjoys complex transactions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to apply their skills in a way that drives both commercial outcomes and social impact.
You are likely from a top-tier or mid-tier firm (or equivalent in-house environment), and ready to step into a role where your work has direct and visible impact.
Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
