About the role

The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Partner will provide business partnering to Mind on Health, Safety and Wellbeing policies, programs and practices. They will manage an effective and professional range of health, safety, and wellbeing related systems and services throughout Mind. This role will design, develop, and/or integrate systems, initiatives, programs and processes to ensure legislative compliance and for effective Health, Safety and Wellbeing Management systems across the organisation.

What you’ll bring

• Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of project management, occupational risk management and work health and safety systems;
• Resilience and adaptability in a complex and changing work environment;
• Broad knowledge and understanding of HSW, policy compliance and current legislation and practices;
• Strong consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills;
• The ability to develop and deliver Health, Safety and Wellbeing programs; and
• Relationship management and influencing skills;
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience.
