Mind Australia Limited is one of the country's leading community-managed specialist mental health service providers. We partner with Headspace which aims to promote and facilitate improvements in the mental health; social wellbeing and economic participation of young people aged 12 – 25.

You will:

• Be the face of Headspace for enquiries and advice as required
• Develop professional relationships with our clients family and friends
• Assess the needs of our clients to guide them to the right access and support services
• Manage appointments including scheduling and processing incoming referrals
• Positively promote the work of Headspace and Mind Australia by delivering exceptional customer experiences

You will need:

• The right to work in Australia
• A Valid Driver’s Licence
• ARPRA registration – OT and Psychology
• AASW membership – Social Work
• Allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Social Worker, Psychology, or Psychiatric Nursing
• Mental Health accreditation – (desirable)
