The Complex Care service delivers assessment, intervention, therapy, training, capacity building and coordination. We have a permanent, part time (30 hours per week) opportunity for a motivated Behaviour Support Practitioner to work from home or the Ipswich area. You will provide support services to customers with mental health disability, dual disability and complex care needs whilst also designing, implementing and evaluating behaviour support services in line with the NDIS and Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.
