The Senior Manager Client Services - Complex Care is responsible for managing the Complex Care Unit, comprising of Registered Nurses, Community Nurses, Disability Support Staff, Lifestyle Staff and Administrative Staff. This encompass financial and operational service delivery outcomes to meet the needs of current and future clients within the context of the NDIS.
A key focus of the role is to oversee the delivery of high-quality complex clinical supports and services, ensuring that all practices comply with quality standards (clinical and NDIS), legislative, regulatory and policy requirements.
As a leader, you will be a practice champion responsible for building a high performing team, acting as a positive role model who lives our values of heart, opportunity, respect, community and empathy. Your commitment to person centred support will ensure the development and implementation of strategies and practices aimed at supporting valued outcomes for customers and their families. These include ensuring a high level of quality, achievement of standards, legislative requirements, service provision and financial management.
