The main focus of the position is to ensure that the MiCare current client’s quality of life is enhanced through their relationship with MiCare. Key responsibilities include managing a small caseload of HCP client’s, and backfilling other care managers when they are on leave. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enhance MiCare’s position as a provider of choice particularly for migrant communities. This is a great opportunity for a junior care manager to further develop their HCP case management skills.
Location: Metropolitan Melbourne
Hours: Full Time permanent position
CLASSIFICATION: This position is classified under the MiCare EBA. A vehicle or km reimbursement is included in the role. MiCare is a NFP organisation and so employees can benefit from salary packaging.

A police check with no disclosable outcomes and current flu vaccination is required by MiCare for this position.
A commitment to work exclusively with MiCare Residential Aged Care facility as your only employer during COVID-19 will be highly regarded.
