Your new role

We are seeking a part-time or full-time Occupational Therapist who will be responsible for:

  • Working with a diverse caseload of NDIS clients with a primary diagnosis of physical disability
  • Providing functional capacity assessments for SDA/SIL requests
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess and prescribe Assistive Technology and recommendations for home modifications
  • Providing person centred, goal driven therapy to support community participation

  • Ability to work part of a team to achieve high therapeutic outcomes for your clients and billable targets for your team
  • Prior NDIS experience is desirable however we are happy to support you with this learning journey
  • Experience working with people with a disability
  • Enjoy challenges, learn fast and thrive in a dynamic work environment

You will be working in a growing multi-disciplinary team including a mix of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech Pathology in a supportive, office-based environment.

You will have access to regular supervision by an experienced senior therapist and peer support opportunities.

You will have access to Continuing professional development (CPD) for skills development and growth opportunities.
