Summary of the role:

Mercy Health is seeking applications from Registered Nurses to apply for permanent part time night duty roles at Mercy Place Montrose, our residential aged care home.

• Permanent Part time night duty positions available for a Grade 2 RN
• Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach
• You will be supported by a Grade 5 In-charge nurse and this is not an in-charge position
• Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values
• Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families
• Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard
• Pay rates range from $36.14 - $47.65 plus penalty rates (pay rates will be dependent on experience post qualification)

About You:

• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent clinical skill base and knowledge of legislation within Aged Care
• Experience in leading and supervising teams of people
• Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work in a team environment
