We're seeking a RN or EEN to step into an Aged Care Funding Coordinator role within Residential Aged Care. In this role, you will be part of a small and supportive team where you will drive funding optimisation, compliance, and clinical documentation excellence, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify changes in care needs and support accurate funding outcomes.
This is a site- based role with travel across our Aged Care Homes in Albury, Myrtleford & Yarrawonga
