You’ll oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, nutritious, and cost-effective meals for residents and functions. Working with a high level of autonomy and accountability, you will lead the hospitality team, develop and review menus, manage kitchen inventory and budgets, and maintain exceptional food safety and hygiene standards.
You will work closely with residents, dietitians, speech therapists, and the management team to accommodate individual dietary needs and preferences, ensuring meals align with care plans and enhance residents' wellbeing. This role also involves monitoring food costs and wastage, responding to feedback and requests, and maintaining accurate records while fostering a positive dining experience for all residents.
You’ll love leading a team and have an eye for quality, along with strong experience in preparing meals for 50 -100 residents. Organisation will be one of your strengths along with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
