• Supporting the workplace to best support the person in mastering tasks in his work
• Exploring additional tasks in his current job
• Developing additional job opportunities aligned with his interests. Such as fitness, sport, gaming and marketing
• Applying customised employment and community development strategies
• Building relationships and fostering personal and professional growth
• Use creative problem-solving to identify challenges, put solutions in place and enhance the young person’s job performance

• A current National Police Check, WWVP card or the ability to apply for each
