Mentis Assist is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead our People & Culture function and help shape the future of our workforce across a respected community mental health organisation.

Reporting to the Director of Operations & Business Development, this is a strategic and hands-on leadership role overseeing the full People & Culture function. You’ll be the organisation’s advisor on all workforce matters, partnering closely with Executive leadership and Finance to deliver compliant, contemporary, high-performing people practices. This role also leads the organisation’s approach to workforce risk, culture, employee engagement, and employment compliance.
You’re a confident and experienced HR leader who can move seamlessly between strategic workforce planning and complex operational matters.
