The Inner West Community Team takes a holistic approach to recovery and views the physical, social and emotional recovery as all important. We support our consumers as a whole person within their family and friend networks. We focus on their physical health with our Dieticians and Exercise Physiologists. Our strong Lived Experience workforce provide individual and group peer support in conjunction with our Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers who provide innovative and evidence-based treatment and group programs.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary, supportive and experienced leadership team within a dynamic work environment. Use your minimum of 5 years mental health experience as a Social Worker, Psychologist, Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist to assist the Community Team Manager by supporting clinical staff and provide high level clinical expertise in the treatment of consumers with complex mental health needs. You will develop your leadership skills while still working directly with our diverse and multi-cultural consumers.
