The Operations Manager, Youth Support and Accommodation position leads and manages our MCM Youth Foyers, the CIAO Lead Tenant Program, Targeted Care Packages, and the Better Futures Program. This year will see a strong focus on driving an exciting change piece to enhance our Foyers, support accreditation, and reset the MCM Foyer future vision.
This unique leadership opportunity requires a passionate and experienced individual with strong leadership, managerial, and change management skills, including a commitment to drive innovation, build strong partnerships, and advocacy skills.
