This is an exciting time to join MCM in this specialist role. MCM provides support for young people who are disadvantaged and at risk; people who have a disability; individuals with dual diagnosis, and children and families who often sit outside mainstream services. Our focus is on increasing quality of life and resilience, and building capacity so that each individual/family can participate in everyday life. The role will have both a strategic focus as well as a hands-on component. You will lead the development and delivery of organisation wide approaches, best practice frameworks, and models of care.
