Following a recent merger with Karden Disability Support Foundation, Melba has recently secured a significant portion of transferring disability accommodation and respite services from the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services.
Melba is growing, and we have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced support worker to join an enthusiastic team based in Gippsland. You will be considered a skilled and experienced member of your team with both direct support work responsibilities and practice support & supervision of other team members.

The successful candidate for this position will be initially employed by the Department of Health and Human Services and managed by Melba Support Services, until employment transitions to Melba in January 2021, as part of the Victorian transfer of Government Disability Services to the NDIS.
Employment, salary, and benefits will be in accordance with Disability Services Enterprise Agreement Victoria (DSEAV) 2018 – 2022, classification Level DDSO2A.
