Macular Disease Foundation Australia (MDFA) is a national for purpose organisation. Our purpose is to reduce the impact of macular disease – the leading cause of blindness and severe vision loss in Australia. Macular Disease Foundation’s purpose is to reduce the impact of macular disease through (i) supporting and caring for people living with macular disease; (ii) advocating on behalf of the community to government; (iii) funding research; and (iv) raising community awareness and promoting early detection of the condition.
We’re seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to lead our donor acquisition, regular giving, and single-gift programs. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about data-driven marketing and donor engagement.
You’ll plan and deliver integrated campaigns across direct mail and digital, working with agencies and internal teams. You’ll build supporter journeys, test and optimise campaigns, and use data insights to improve donor retention and grow lifetime value.
This position is full-time (5 days a week).
