The Role:

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to assist our NDIS participants in the inner east and inner south of Melbourne. This role is vital in helping our clients achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to NDIS participants, including personal care, daily living activities, and community engagement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Implement care plans and provide feedback to support teams to ensure the best outcomes for participants.
• Ensure all activities comply with NDIS standards and organisational policies.
• Assist in the development of skills and abilities that promote independence and community participation.

About You:

• A passion for supporting people and enhancing their everyday lives.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• Previous experience in a support role (desirable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• A current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
