Exciting opportunity available within our HR team where you can contribute to making a difference in the lives of disadvantaged or vulnerable young people. MacKillop Family Services is seeking an analytical thinker who ideally has experience implementing an HR system. Friendly and collaborative team environment.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of a range of HR services, administration, compliance, procedural and operational tasks in order to support the achievement of business unit and program objectives across the organisation. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and working collaboratively with the wider HR team, this position is responsible for overseeing employee compliance to ensure our obligations of being a child safe organisation are met in order protect the best interests of the vulnerable children, young people and families with which we work.
Based in South Melbourne, this is a full time permanent position. Ideal start date: 12 October 2020.
