MAA International (Muslim Aid Australia) is a faith-based humanitarian and development organisation delivering sustainable programs and emergency relief to support vulnerable communities in Australia and globally. Through partnerships, donor support and community engagement, MAA addresses poverty, education, health, food security and humanitarian needs across 30 countries.
The Campaign Manager is responsible for leading the planning, development, execution and optimisation of MAA International’s fundraising and marketing campaigns across all fundraising channels. The role oversees integrated fundraising campaigns from concept through to delivery, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, donor-focused, data-driven and achieve revenue, engagement and brand objectives.
Working closely with the Head of Fundraising & Marketing, the Campaign Manager translates fundraising strategies into compelling campaigns that drive donor acquisition, retention, regular giving growth and community engagement. The role also provides leadership to the creative, digital and website functions to ensure a consistent and effective supporter experience across all channels.
The Campaign Manager plays a critical role in growing fundraising revenue, strengthening donor engagement and enhancing MAA International’s brand presence within Australia and internationally.

Campaign Strategy and Planning
Develop and lead integrated fundraising campaigns aligned with organisational goals and annual priorities.
Campaign Delivery and Execution
Manage end-to-end campaign delivery across channels, including emergency appeals.
Fundraising and Donor Communications
Oversee donor messaging, appeals and communication strategies across the supporter journey.
Leadership and Team Management
Lead, support and develop team members while fostering a high-performing culture.
Agency and Supplier Management
Manage external partners, campaign briefs, budgets and performance.
Digital Marketing and Performance Optimisation
Oversee digital campaigns and optimise performance across platforms.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Monitor results, analyse performance and provide insights to inform strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
Collaborate across teams to deliver aligned and effective campaigns.
Brand and Marketing Governance
Ensure brand consistency, compliance and alignment with organisational values.
Innovation and Growth
Identify new opportunities to improve fundraising performance and supporter engagement.
Essential
Minimum 3 years experience in the same/similar role.
