We are starting a new Youth Day Program in Rockhampton, delivering group program and working with groups of young people between the ages of 12-17 and 18-21 years old. We are looking for three passionate and experienced Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) clinicians with experience in developing and facilitating group programs and working one on one providing individual counselling and case management. These roles are to commence in early May 2020.
This role is based in Rockhampton, a 30-minute drive from the beautiful beaches along the Capricorn Coast. Our Rockhampton office is moving, and you will be working in our a brand-new fit out office that’s built with our clients in mind. You will be working alongside our established services and teams in Rockhampton which include adult AOD services and CREST.
As part of the AOD services team, you will work with Young people in the delivering an intensive AOD day group program with an emphasis on group facilitation. You will work with clients to provide individual counselling/case management with an independent caseload. This will include:
We have 3 ongoing FTE available, this opportunity is able to be Full time or Part time dependent on what you are looking for and will be negotiated with the successful applicants.
The salary range for is $78,921 to $82,478 annually. We are fortunate that our employees can also access $18,540 salary packaging which increases your take home pay.
