Closer to home, we deliver counselling, group programs, training, and community support across Sydney's north, providing more than 16,000 hours of clinical care, education, and community services each year.

We are looking for an experienced (part- or full-time) IT Services Manager to contribute to the strategy, decision making and organisational development required to ensure the delivery of reliable, secure and fit-for-purpose technology solutions aligned to organisational goals.
The key objectives of the role are:
- Provide an evolving technology platform to staff, volunteers and the broader community that is effective, reliable, secure, user-friendly and cost-effective.
- Maintain a service model that ensures requests, incidents and problems are responded to in predictable and effective manner and manages the impact of changes to the technology platform.
- Protect Lifeline information and assets from unauthorised access.
- Empower end users to meet their job objectives and achieve work-life balance through use of technology.
- Perform effective governance in order to measure performance, align to business strategy, manage risk, engage with end users and manage costs.
We are looking for a confident and organised individual with the following experience:
- Sound understanding of IT infrastructure, including cloud environments, systems integration, and end‑user hardware.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and its applications.
- Ability to quickly develop a strong understanding of organisational systems, platforms, and workflows to support effective operations.
- Demonstrated experience with IT Management and Service Delivery, experience in commercial, government or not-for-profit environment preferred.
- Experience of vendor and contract management including SLA’s and performance reporting.
- Understanding of technology governance and risk management.
- Understanding of Cyber security governance, risk and compliance including security frameworks and standards
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related field
