Livable is a not-for-profit organisation providing a wide range of NDIS, Aged Care and Family Services across the Clarence Valley and Coffs Coast regions in NSW.

The Opportunity

Livable is seeking two experienced and values-driven Non-Executive Directors to join our Board and contribute to the organisation’s future direction.

The community services sectors are experiencing significant transformation, with ongoing reforms across the NDIS, Aged Care and Family Services landscapes. With strong governance and strategic leadership, Livable is focused on remaining resilient, responsive and sustainable while continuing to deliver high-quality services for our communities.

Supported by a skilled Board and progressive CEO, our Non-Executive Directors will play an important role in providing strategic oversight, contributing to good governance, and helping shape the future of an organisation committed to creating positive social impact.

Following a recent Board skills analysis, we are particularly seeking expertise in the following areas:

• Finance
• Legal
• Aged and/or Disability Services Experience (including lived experience)

You will bring relevant professional expertise, sound judgement, and a willingness to actively contribute to the governance and strategic direction of Livable.
