About the role:

We’re seeking experienced, emotionally intelligent Disability Support Workers who are ready to provide high-quality, person-centred care across Short-Term Accommodation (STA), Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA), and Supported Independent Living (SIL).

• Casual shifts available: day, evening, and overnight sleepovers
• Based at our luxury home in Parklea
• Pay: casual hourly rates from $32.88 to $45.94, plus penalty rates, sleepover and first aid allowances, and superannuation on top

Must be available for:

• One sleepover shift per week (paid allowance)

Mandatory Requirements:

• Have 2+ years previous experience in working in a similar environment or a related health care sector
• Are confident supporting personal care, medication and daily routines
• Communicate with warmth, patience and professionalism
• Understand person-centred active support, and love creating moments of joy
• Hold a Certificate III or IV in Disability (or a willingness to obtain)
• Hold a current First Aid/CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Have a valid Driver’s Licence
• Have a current NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain)
