About the Role

Complete Supported Independent Living (SIL) quotes, including narrative and roster of care for NDIS clients, this is a 6 month contract opportunity, location Newcastle Head Office.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Liaison with regional client services teams to develop an understanding of client needs as part of the SIL quoting process
  • Gather appropriate evidence to support SIL quote submissions
  • Prepare SIL quotes, including narrative and roster of care, through to completion
  • Developing and initiating measurable improvements to work processes
  • Assist with development and refinement of tools, procedures and processes
  • Liaison with NDIA regarding SIL quotes submitted
  • Maintain business knowledge in a progressive and changing environment, keeping abreast of organisational and external sector changes
  • Actively seek feedback from stakeholders to improve the support and resources that are made available
  • Continue to refine resources to ensure they continue to meet changing business needs

Skills & Experience  

  • Experience with NDIS, including understanding and documenting client needs, ability to identify appropriate evidence to support funding requested, and building a roster of care to reflect needs
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Well-developed ability to use initiative, think laterally and strategically
  • Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver outcomes within agreed time frames and quality standards

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
