Working within an established team in our Aged Care program. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the creation and monitoring of regional rosters to effectively meet clients’ service agreements, support needs and preferences.
You will be required to use you to use your highly developed interpersonal skills to build confidence and trust with our clients and employees, whilst ensuring that our available employees are being rostered in a way that values and promotes workforce sustainability.
This position is a Part Time, Permanent role with options to work a mix of home and office. This role is 25 hours per week
Please note that due to the nature of this role, you may be required to work on-call at times.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
