The Psychologist/Social Worker role supports the safety and well-being of children and young people by providing (or arranging for the provision of) high quality psychological advice and therapeutic support consistent with the NSW Government Permanency Support Program. The scope of the role includes assessments, consultation and specialist referral, training, coaching and mentoring for carers and team members, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, supporting positive behaviour, co-ordination and administration.
This is a permanent, full time role based in Hurstville. Travel within a 2 hour radius may be required.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
