Based in Alice Springs, we have a new opportunity for an Operations Manager to lead and support the service delivery and growth of Disability, Mental Health and Aged Care Programs in Alice Springs. This includes the management of programs, budgets, human resources, culture realignment and client relationships.
This role will suit someone who is highly motivated, strategic and able to quickly grasp and respond to local needs. You will have experience managing NDIS customer support and/or aged care programs. You will use your business acumen and interpersonal skills to engage and work with multiple stakeholders, as well as promote LWB as a quality service provider.
Within this role there is also an element of supporting clients who identify as Aboriginal people living in the community with complex mental health needs and social and emotional wellbeing support needs. Some experience within this area will be highly regarded.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check.
