We are currently looking to recruit a full time Disability Development & Support Officer (DDSO1/1Q) for the house team, situated in Doncaster East. In this role you will work as part of a supportive team to provide support for the clients within the house to enable access to a life of dignity, respect, and social inclusion. You will be responsible for providing support with activities of daily living and developing, implementing, and monitoring Individual Plan’s including personal care.
The house profile: The house services 5 clients that have a combination of complex health and behaviours. Some clients require manual handling support. This house is situated in Doncaster East and is surrounded by local reserves and parkland, public transport, and local shopping.
Assistance and support are required with meal planning and preparation, domestic chores and community access.
This is a full-time ongoing position, that is all active nights. The roster hours, outlined as fortnightly hours, is detailed below:
