About the role

Permanent full time based in our Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office with flexibility to work from home, to implement and contract administrate the facilities management contract with our third party provider. You will be joining a geographically dispersed organisation and team so your ability to build and maintain relationships within a fast paced, agile environment will assist with your success in the role.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the contract and supplier management activities for Facilities Management
  • Manage the supporting administrative processes on the end to end contract process with the Contractor and Property team
  • Manage the iPoS eProcurement process for contract management and administration activities
  • Assist in ensuring operational deliverables in line with contract obligations
  • Provide subject matter expertise and coaching to Managers for contract management and administration activities below the procurement involvement threshold
  • Identify and report non-compliance to contract and policy
  • Act as the Supplier Relationship Manager with the Facilities Management contractor

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in fields such as procurement, business, commerce, economics, law or related discipline (property / construction)
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement, facilities management, or property where you have been responsible for sourcing, developing, tendering, negotiating, implementing and administering contracts in the area of commodity and/ or service agreements
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of outsource services
  • Demonstrated experience in applying risk management principles to contracts
  • Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
  • Proven knowledge of contemporary SRM and contract management practices within a complex organisation

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
