About the Role

As a Client Services Officer, you will play a key role within the Client Contact Centre whose function is to provide LWB clients with support for service requests, service scheduling and feedback on our services. You will facilitate phone and email queries to support person-centred resolutions.

You will oversee payment of accounts including initial complaint investigation and resolution. Experience in customer service, administration and overseeing accounts is highly desired.

This is a contract role until 1st August 2021 based in Griffith ACT with the high possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients via phone and email in a timely manner, this will include scheduling-related enquiries, session cancellations, client feedback etc
  • Provide advice on LWB service offerings and indicative wait times
  • Process account payments promptly and accurately, assist with invoice queries
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our services and the associated costs
  • Maintain client records in real-time, ensuring accurate and confidential entry of data
  • Model a professional approach to your accountability, have a solution focussed mindset and act in accordance with our LWB Values

Skills & Experience

  • Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Human Services or similar qualification
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply person-centred thinking to achieve complaint resolution
  • Strong communication, time management and computer skills
  • Experience in accounts processing (invoicing, receipting, financial admin)
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders

Successful candidates will be required to clear state-based probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check.
