What is the opportunity?

We have an exciting opportunity to join the newly created Customer Intake, Onboarding and Revenue team where you will ensure service provision of customers in both NDIS and FaCS programs are correctly funded.  You will achieve this through collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders to collect and collate information about customers and their needs. You will utilise your understanding of financial modelling and knowledge of NDIS and FaCS funding to ensure sufficient funding is allocated and that it is received.

You will be responsible for:

  • Producing high quality roster and costing summaries based on operational support delivery for NDIS funded services
  • Assisting in the development and improvement of tools and systems necessary to produce the required summaries
  • Developing and maintaining key relationships within our Operations teams, facilitating information sharing and organisational synergy
  • Collate data from different sources into a ‘quoting’ package for funding submission
  • Operating within a team environment, assisting with miscellaneous tasks relevant to NDIS funding or NDIS business development
  • Producing high quality roster and costing summaries based on operational support delivery for Child and Family services
  • Organisation and maintenance B&L individual billing information for billing through the Accounts receivable team
  • Providing organisational support as SME's for Supported Independent Living funded or Child and Family funded programs

What you'll need to succeed :

  1. Excellent organisational skills to track and monitor workflow of submission data.
  2. Proficiency in computer systems for portal management and submission processes.
  3. Understanding of financial modelling and the ability to interpret a Profit & Loss statement.
  4. Strong communication and the ability to interpret and deliver information relevant to funding and quoting with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to build effective and long-term relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  6. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in high pressure environment.
  7. High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and issues and implement solutions.
