Lifeline Australia is a National Charity providing all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to 24-hour Crisis Support and Suicide Prevention Services.
Lifeline is Australia’s largest suicide prevention service with over 40 centres around the nation. There are over 10,000 volunteers and 1,000 employees working to ensure that no person in Australia has to face their darkest moments alone.
Along with community services, Lifeline aims to deliver digital services to Australian people in crisis, wherever they might be and in the mode in which they are most comfortable accessing support. Each year, Lifeline receives over 1 million contacts from people in crisis.
The Manager, Strategic Projects is a critical role within the Marketing and Fundraising team at Lifeline Australia delivering high impact, integrated campaigns and fundraising opportunities, leveraging and maximising the potential of existing and new partnerships to grow revenue.
This role will be based from Sydney CBD office and is a 12-month fixed term contract till January 2022.
Key to success in this role is the activation of Lifeline’s newest strategic partnerships –to maximise revenue outcomes from these relationships, integrating them across the business whilst building engagement and loyalty to Lifeline.
The role is a key driver for delivering successful partner campaigns and collaborating with others in the Marketing and Fundraising team to increase brand awareness and ensure continued revenue growth.
The role collaborates closely with the Partnerships and Community Fundraising Manager, the Partnerships and Marketing teams as well as external agencies and stakeholder partners to ensure flawless, on-time, and high impact delivery of partner campaigns and fundraising opportunities. This role requires a candidate comfortable driving strategic campaign development as well as managing tactical day-to-day campaign deliverables.
