• Part time position for 3 days a week

This role is primarily responsible to assess needs and coordinate supports for NDIS participants referred to Lets Connect Support Services for Support Coordination Services. In order that we at Lets Connect Support Services may improve the lives of people with a disability who are participants of the NDIS and in turn assist them to achieve their goals.

The company owner has over 30 years experience in the disability sector including lived experience and knowledge. We pride ourselves in delivering a high quality service to people with a disability and their community of support.
