LCHS currently has opportunities available for a registered nurse with a keen interest in palliative care.

In this role you will provide initial nursing assessment and psychosocial screening for all clients admitted for care and will aim to enable clients and carers to receive palliative care nursing using an interdisciplinary team approach.

To be successful you will have:

• Keen interest in palliative care and willingness to undertake regular education related to palliative care
• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum of three years nursing experience following the graduate year
