Latrobe Community Health Service is working in partnership with the National Disability Insurance Agency to deliver the NDIS across Outer Gippsland.
We are hiring people who want to make a difference and connect people living with disability to the NDIS and build trust with the community.
To be successful in this position, you must possess:
