Do you have a passion to provide high quality end of life palliative care to clients in the community? Are you ready for a new professional challenge?

The Community and Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) position is required to function both autonomously and collaboratively to provide comprehensive holistic client-centred clinical care, advice and consultancy in a specialty area to patients, carers and other health care professionals. Your role will include a wide variety of responsibilities and continual challenges to resolve. Your passion for palliative care will be supported to drive quality improvements, ensure effective service delivery is provided to our community and raise the profile of LCHS Palliative Care program. You’ll work with an integrated team of high calibre health professionals who are ready to work alongside you in delivering evidence based and compassionate care

To be successful, you will require;

  1. Current knowledge of and relevant experience in all aspects of palliative care nursing.
  2. Post graduate certificate in palliative care or equivalent and willingness to commence graduate diploma or masters within 6 months of commencement.
