CASACV is a dynamic organisation offering a suite of specialist services to clients and community across the central Victoria region. We provide 24-hour crisis care support, therapeutic counselling, early intervention, professional education and training, and research. We provide outreach services across the Loddon region including a specialist service at Tarrengower Prison.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to lead the Response and After-Hours Team. The role provides day to day operational and clinical leadership for the team which is the entry point for CASACV services.
Located in Bendigo with travel and outreach requirements.
You will hold a tertiary qualification in community services, social work, psychology, family therapy or similar discipline and have an understanding of the gendered nature of violence, and the impact of trauma on adults, young people and their families. You have experience and leadership skills in managing teams delivering services including crisis response, information, clinical assessment, treatment, advocacy and group work. You have clinical expertise and a highly developed understanding of trauma informed practice.
